What documents do I need to bring for medical treatment in China?
Please prepare prior medical records, test reports, original/DICOM imaging (CT/MRI/PET-CT), drug allergies (with reactions), and current medications with dosage. For overseas documents we offer Chinese translation — submit scanned originals at least 3–5 business days in advance.
What does each package include?
Coverage varies by package. There are no hidden fees — every service and charge is disclosed before payment. Optional add-ons are quoted separately; if the plan needs adjusting mid-treatment, we obtain your consent first.
Which payment methods do you support?
We support PayPal, Visa/Mastercard (via Stripe), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Clear invoices are provided before payment.
Do you offer visa assistance?
We do not process visas directly. If you need medical-visa renewal documents during treatment, we coordinate with the hospital to help obtain the required paperwork.
Can family members accompany me during treatment?
Yes. We encourage family accompaniment and can help arrange lodging and local transport for companions.
Can international insurance be used for treatment costs?
Primarily out-of-pocket. We help obtain hospital reimbursement documents so you can claim with your insurer back home.
